After exiting Maximized Living, Dr. Ben Lerner founded Ultimate Impact Group in January 2017, serving as its President and CEO. The company grew into a multi company platform spanning healthcare, consulting, coaching, and related businesses, including ventures such as Velocity Consulting and Coaching and Vitalleo Health.
In February 2022, Dr. Lerner was appointed Chief Operating Officer of IMAC Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare company, a role he held until February 2023. His appointment reflected roughly 20 years of Senior executiveship experience and more than 25 years of work across healthcare, franchising, manufacturing, real estate, and business development.
Alongside this, he served as Chief Investment Officer of CILA Labs starting in September 2020, and cofounded ChangeMaker Ventures, an investment platform spanning technology, finance, marketing, real estate, manufacturing, consulting, and coaching.
